Terry Ann Rickson, Esq., Inc., only represents employees - not companies. We provide large firm expertise with small firm client service.
Terry Ann Rickson, Esq., is one of the few South Carolina Certified Specialists in Labor & Employment law representing employees, not employers.
Attorneys Terry Ann Rickson and Anne Mjaatvedt have almost 30 years of combined experience representing employees on all employment matters, including civil rights, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage issues, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and whistleblower cases throughout South Carolina in state court, federal court and in arbitration. Terry Ann Rickson has been certified as a Specialist in Employment & Labor law by the South Carolina Supreme Court since 1989. She has obtained numerous large verdicts and settlements for her clients. She was co-counsel in the famous 4th Circuit case, Phillips v. Hooters, which established that arbitration procedures must be fair to be enforced.
Ms. Rickson is "AV" rated in Martindale-Hubbell, indicating that her peers rank her at the highest level of professional excellence.
