Reported Cases:  Phillips v. Hooters, Sanders v. Bosch, Phipps v. Phipps.

Results: Numerous six-figure settlements for clients who have suffered discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.  This firm has filed cases against a number of large employers in South Carolina.

Jury verdicts: examples include jury verdicts against Alumax; Sellers Transfer; Santee Cooper, CCX.
